A Lebanese has been arrested after he was seen brandishing a cutlass in front of a shop owner.
In a video fast circulating on social media, the shop owner had asked the Lebanese to move his car from his shop because it was blocking the view of his customers.

But the Lebanese refused and he started threatening the shop owner. He took out a cutlass and threatened to slit the throat of the shop owner who run away to save himself.
Well, after his silly display, the Lebanese has been picked up by the Accra Regional Police.
