Three clubs scramble for Ashantigold’s Yaw Annor – Citi Sports Online

Three Ghanaian clubs have written to Ashantigold requesting the services of forward Yaw Annor, according to local reports.

Annor has been in superb form this season, contributing 20 goals to the Miners’ campaign in 27 games.

Medeama, Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have all reportedly shown interest in the 24 year old.

With Ashantigold demoted to Division 2 for their match fixing scandal, it is expected that many of the club’s top talents will move elsewhere.

Apart from the Ghanaian clubs, it is also reported that a top club from Egypt had sent a delegation to Obuasi in view of trying to strike a deal for the forward.

The transfer fee involved is reportedly around $350,000.
