Speaking in an interview over her weird dressing style, the gospel singer argued that the Bible even endorses dressing well hence she finds no fault with wearing skimpy dresses.
As to the best Biblical knowledge of Empress Gifty, the Bible never mentioned that people have to look filthy and messy in order for them to worship God well.
