In an interview with Kwaku Manu on Aggressive Interview, she talked about her failed marriage. She said she had four miscarriages.
There were four times during her marriage when Xandy Kamel got pregnant but lost all of them.

She says one of the miscarriages was caused by her then-husband, Kwaku Mensah Kaninja, who was married to her.
She said she caught him cheating and when she confronted him, the husbands weren’t remorseful instead he pushed her to the ground. Landing awkwardly, she had a miscarriage and lost that very pregnancy.
