Berla Mundi had shared a video of how she had to pay about 7 cedis to buy two pieces of roasted plantain.
The likes of Nana Aba Anamoah, Prince David Osei among others have all spoken against the high cost of living in Ghana.
Market women are complaining about how they are unable to sell off their goods and services because of the increase in prices.
For the past three months, fuel prices has increased more than three times. Transport fares has also increased and to add more fuel to the fire, the prices of foodstuffs has also increased. This has made it difficult for most Ghanaians living on minimum wages to survive the harsh economy.
