Wait…. why was the health practitioner not wearing gloves to administer the Covid 19 vaccines to the President and the First Lady of Ghana? Is this standard practice??
Below are the pictures:
His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the President of the Republic of Ghana and his wife, Rebecca are the first Ghanaians who have received the covid-19 vaccines.
Ghana so far becomes the first country to receive hundreds of thousands of the covid-19 vaccines.
After the vaccines arrived, a lot of Ghanaians has shown no interest in getting the vaccine as a result of fear.
However, Ghana’s president alongside his wife, the vice president, Dr. Bawumia and his wife have set example for Ghanaians to follow.
As a leader, they have dedicated to themselves of being the first government officials to get the vaccine.
The above presidential officials are taking their vaccines at the 37 Military Hospital – at the moment, it is only Nana Addo and his wife who have first taken theirs, click here to watch video of the moment they were taking their vaccines.
